      Pros

      EXOS is a true "one team" environment. If you contribute in your role, sky's the limit with respect to where your career can go. The company is extraordinarily transparent, and the culture is very positive.

      Cons

      I wouldn't call it a downside at all, but the company is growing aggressively and there is a lot of heavy lifting to go along with it. Contributors will rise to the top and have loads of opportunity.

      Pros

      Relaxed environment (can be dependent on the site you're at), flexible schedule, not your typical 9-5 routine. Opportunity to see and do a lot of different aspects of a fitness center's operation, so great place to start entry level.

      Cons

      Leadership seems very wishy-washy; I haven't received much guidance or mentoring which I've sought out. Recently with another company, but word on changes doesn't come to the sites consistently. There a lot of questions on what changes will and will not be coming, and that's frustrating. Pay is...well, plan on having no debt whatsoever and roommates to make ends meet.

      Pros

      Company supported financially supported the continuing education of employees. Good first or second job, but very easy to outgrow the company.

      Cons

      No opportunities to make more money or be promoted within the company. Causes lots of turnover.
