      Fitness Industry Network Continuing Ed Opportunities for Fitness Personnel Corporate Perks (adidas, Onnit, etc.)

      Cons

      Vast differences between Community Health sites (JCCs, Community Centers, etc.) and Corporate Wellness / athletic-training facilities. VERY corporate in their structure. No quarterly / yearly reviews. No support developmentally for leaders or managers. No development plans for managers / leaders. Thrown into business and you're expected to address issues as an entrepreneur, yet have parameters to adhere to (ahem, Corporate structure).

We apologize you feel pay + benefits do not meet your needs. As a company, we do our best to offer a total rewards package is competitive in the marketplace. We continually look for ways to improve these benefits and make changes when we are able to enhance or improve a program. For example, last year we rolled out the EXOS HONORS reward and recognition program. That program is specifically designed to provide cash bonuses to team members who do extraordinary work. We encourage you to ask your manager about this program if your team is not utilizing it to its fullest.

      Poor Leadership, but relaxed culture

      Pros

      EXOS is the world's best elite athlete training company, period. Extremely relaxed working environment. The pay is pretty good for the industry.

      Cons

      The leadership acts like it's transparent, but it's all lies and misdirection. Very little support from corporate.
