Pros

As an AZ team member in the creative lab, I absolutely have a voice and the creative freedom when it comes to the projects we work on. I couldn't be happier with my co workers and the senior staff, who always motivate us to grow in our respective fields. The work hours are extremely flexible for those who need to balance our work/home life. The facility and all of the perks/benefits we receive as team members are great as well. I couldn't be happier!

Cons

In my respective field, the national salary average is much higher than what my current salary is. This isn't as much a big deal when it comes to me and my household income, but a lot of other potential or current team members might be turned off by the fact that the area is relatively more expensive to live, yet the pay is a bit lower than expected.

Pros

- Invaluable access to EXOS Training and Education: Every month we receive education on cognitive-behavioral strategies, nutrition, or exercise. I've become a much more skilled coach and athlete because of it. - Reasonable PTO: From Day 1 to year 5, you accumulate 5 hours per pay period. - I've made great relationships with my Program and Field Operations Managers who involve and empower me in site decision making. - As stated numerous times, this is a great position for a new college exercise science graduate. You get exposed to wellness program planning, group exercise instruction, personal training, and facility management.

Cons

- I'm a legacy Medifit employee. From the site level, it seems EXOS doesn't fully grasp the needs and time constraints of corporate employees. While all the education is great, it would be beneficial to be given examples of how to integrate the methodologies into time-crunched employees (this is slowwwwly improving. It would be great if this was also part of our monthly education sessions.) - Pay: There is vast disparity of HFS salaries. In my region, annual pay can begin around 26k and up to 34k. Income is not determined by skill or expertise, but by what is established by the site. I'd hoped through our merger with EXOS, salaries would be somewhat standardized. - Medical Insurance: High deductibles with quarterly disbursed company HSA contributions. I've paid quite a lot out of pocket.

Thank you for your feedback and we love that you are aligned to our mission and are equally as passionate about upgrading lives. We are happy to hear that you are enjoying the expanded training and education programs. At EXOS we are committed to the continuous improvement of our team members and have dedicated resources to ensure your education is a significant component to your career. We are glad to hear that you are building great relationships and feel that you are able to apply your degree to your professional career. Pertaining to PTO, you are correct in some cases, while years of service and level in the company may influence your PTO accumulation. Please reach out to your direct manager or your FO to ensure you have visibility and access to our training materials that support the corporate-level sites. With the recent acquisition of MediFit into EXOS we continue to strive to create consistency across both legacy companies. Salaries vary based on many different factors such as client site program delivery and geographic locations. We recently rolled out the EXOS HONORS program where your manager can give you bonuses for making significant contributions above and beyond your normal job duties. Also, all full-time coaches are eligible for continuing education funds. We recommend that you speak with your manager about both of these programs for more information. EXOS has high-deductible health plans with an HSA, which offer lower payroll premium deductions. The employer contributions to the HSA off-sets the deductible. Making pre-tax deductions into your HSA can save tax dollars towards eligible healthcare expenses. Thank you for hard work and being part of the EXOS team.

Cons

Compensation, Not a lot of room for growth, disconnect from the company since you onsite at another companies location.
