      Pros

      Good opportunities for continuing education. Most employees and managers are pleasant to work with and passionate about their jobs. It can be a fun environment to work in. Good benefits for this field of work.

      Cons

      The structure, KPIs, and approach can very among all the accounts. Some accounts have clients that are more needy than others. That’s an uncontrollable but existing situation.

      Pros

      Gorgeous HQ in Phoenix, pay wasn't terrible

      Cons

      Absolutely the worst, clumsiest mass layoff in 2023. Excellent people were let go while incompetent, out-of-their-depth people were kept simply because they were friends with (or were great at sucking up to) executive leadership. Severance packages were the tiniest, barebones, "what can we do to not get sued" level. The CEO loves to post on LinkedIn about well-being and health and care but she and the rest of the executives actually lived out absolutely none of that.
