Pros

The schedule is great as a personal trainer. You don’t work weekends or really long hours. The gym spaces are top of the line and the people you work with are amazing!

Cons

As a coach the ladder to climb is very minimal. There is a lot of growth career wise and the pay is decent but not enough.

Pros

You can workout on the job which is cool along with a free gym membership.

Cons

- no pay raises other than your annual 2% raise, when you ask for a raise they will give you the answer "we can't" - if you're military run, there is no support or understanding of military. I was letting my manager know how I was doing and that I was overwhelmed with my current job tasks and lack of break due to the Army on the weekends and received the response "well you signed up for that, that's not my problem" - They will assign you more roles with no extra incentive -The management is horrendous, from micromanaging, miscommunication, lack of empathy, and disorganization the management is wreckless and will harm your mental health - No work life balance, Exos claims to have great work life balance, however the number of times I had to work a 50 hour week with no overtime was ridiculous
