      They care about billable and not about their staff

      Pros

      Somewhat flexible hours, but is dependant upon Manager.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is focused on billable and not much else. I've seen some Managers in GTA berate staff in front of others, and the environment at the Clark Blvd. Brampton office is toxic! Also, they talk a good game about culture and values, but don't live up to them.

      I was a project engineer at exp global, and they had many interesting projects to work on. was good opportunities to work on multi-disciplinary projects.

      Cons

      I was at exp for >8 years and it was difficult to advance in role and compensation and found it was difficult to get ahead
