Work from home and flexibility is nice heavy teams and bluebeam mark ups (environmental friendly)

Cons

Management and engineers most belittle staff, and under budget projects then micromanaging hours and poke blame on staff. No accountability. Leave everything to last minute and short staffed scenarios. Everyone is in for making themselves bonuses and profits. No care for employee or further relationships inside and out

Health and safety is a joke. Unfair pay. No accountability from management - it’s true when they say everything flows downhill. No appreciation for the work you do. Lots of untruthful people at this company.
