Co-workers are great to work with in a friendly environment.

Cons

There is a large disparity between the pre-hire job description and the post-hire job description. Work back-log is very light in some market sectors and offices. Some work sharing takes place, but only within certain circles. Could be much more robust and global.

Cons

Lack of communication from the management level to employees. There is no one to teach you anything. Entry-level engineers are expected to learn on the job.

So I gave a pretty positive review of this company a year ago because I thought it was headed in the right direction. However there is high turnover because salary expectations are not met with the skillsets provided and a lot of employees are being overworked on big projects. Putting quality work in gets noticed but not compensated. Base pay needs to be fair with what they bill and what the employee gets.
