      Pros

      + Company acquires big, interesting projects + Tasks are pretty well delegated and spread among employees + Great management style if you like to work independently and can actively ask for guidance when needed + Work fluctuates seasonally, so you may have busy quick-fire weeks where you're working dense 9-10 hr days and even weekends, and then you could have several weeks of down time to recoup and even spend time learning new skills + Flexible work day opportunities -- 7-3 some days, 9-5 other days, with overtime interspersed -- This is an international company, so someone is up and working somewhere any time of the day. + Good amount of Personal Time Off (PTO) offered. exp has done away with "sick days" and considers it all PTO + Small amount of 401k matching + People are generally easy to talk to here -- feel free to ask advice on how to go about completing a task if you're not sure

      Cons

      - Management style is pretty hands-off, so if you're uncomfortable asking your own questions and not being offered guidance this particular management style may be grating to your nerves - Deadlines can pop up seemingly out of nowhere (from a non-manager perspective) and pretty large deliverables need to be out-the-door the next day or two (This occurs at an acceptable amount at this time though.) - This is a consulting firm, so exp is running on 'client time', and may not necessarily offer the accurate/best amount of time to get a task done
