      Pros

      The company has a very wide scope of expertise and a broad reach internationally, so the development possibilities for professionals are very interesting. Its vision is quite modern, especially for such a traditional industry.

      Cons

      Some poor decisions from top management in the past have caused uncertainty in an organization going through changes to redefine itself. Loss of engagement in many regions. The execution of the company's vision is still lacking as a result.

      Pros

      Management team is awesome. They are easy to talk to and their doors are always open no matter which department. They are always willing to work with you not above you. Great sense of humor.

      Cons

      The support group does not support everyone. A lot of complaining, bickering, gossiping. You would think the support group was still in highschool. It's sad.
