      Pros

      Love working at EXP. If you want to work at a firm that loves to teach and train their employees this is the place for you ñ.

      Cons

      The only minor flaw I see is that we really don’t have group activities. Wish people would want to integrate themselves in the company and do things outside of work so we can all get along better.

      Nothing that stands out based on other companies, very make shift.

      Cons

      Understaffed, untrained, poor communication, the VP will yes you to death without any corrective action/resolutions. Unrealistic deadlines. Not a healthy environment to work. A lot of politics and hidden agendas. No training provided, no office management. Terrible professional experience.
