      Treated employees great during the pandemic. DID NOT LOWER SALARIES OR FREEZE BONUSES LIKE MY FRIENDS AT OTHER ENGINEERING COMPANIES Flexible Workplace Great projects

      1/2 days on Fridays. Not much else

      Cons

      Insurance is terrible for the size the company is. Leadership, depending on the branch you are in is pointless. No one communicates with each other. 1-2 people can do all the work and another person takes all the credit and does nothing
