The company has a diverse array of projects that can offer learning experiences. A handful of colleagues are committed to teamwork and support one another through challenging tasks.

Cons

The work environment is often more stressful than stimulating, with a high-pressure atmosphere to generate work that can lead to frequent frustration and burnout. Work-life balance is not prioritized, and long hours have become the norm. PTO is often not at the employee's discretion but instead dictated by work availability and management discretion. Bureaucratic hurdles are commonplace, stifling innovation and slowing down processes. Communication gaps, especially from middle management, contribute to a lack of clear direction and support.
