- Interesting projects - great coworkers and work environment - nice, modern office with variety of collaboration spaces - good benefits and work-life balance - good support for personal development through industry events

Cons

Close to deadlines, it does get very busy. But this is same at every other company. Otherwise, pretty balanced work-life.

Great leadership group, privately held so strategic, long-term decision making is more important than short term financial goals. Highly ethical leadership group.

Cons

Large firm - approximately 4,500 people across North America so it's hard to keep current on everything going on and you can get "lost in the shuffle" with some departments.
