Pros

Excellent coworkers and entertaining projects in the Entertainment group. Most project managers are a joy to work with. You will be pushed hard and will grow extremely quickly as an engineer if you are accepting of it.

Cons

Lagging behind the industry in compensation. Management at the higher levels are disconnected from the engineers producing the work and their needs.
