None that I can think of.

Cons

This review is only for the OG&C division of EXP. Very bad work culture. Unethical work practice. I have 30+ years experience in EPC, thought I have seen it all. This place was so bad that everyday was torture. I left the first chance I got. I need to warn everyone looking into working there. Better look somewhere else.

1/2 days on Fridays. Not much else

Cons

Insurance is terrible for the size the company is. Leadership, depending on the branch you are in is pointless. No one communicates with each other. 1-2 people can do all the work and another person takes all the credit and does nothing
