Supportive team environment, upper management is present and willing to help.

Cons

PTO has to be accrued therefore you never have enough PTO to actually use, benefits are not competitive based on industry standard. Very little opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Scale of the company is quite large, I don't see this as a con but some people might.
