      Pros

      Large company, which allowed for collaboration with other offices.

      Cons

      Not a large variety in projects, and the benefits were getting cut every year. Not much expertise when it came to Revit.

      Pros

      d, has very flexible hours and lots of time off. People in the office are friendly and know how to perform tasks in their designated field. Location is a definite plus, located in the third ward. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Amount of work changes drastically, some weeks there will be lots of work and others not so much. Communication is an issue many times between project managers and engineers.
