Pros
Good compensation, benefits, and overall culture as a company. Flexibility in working from home or in the office.
Cons
The management was pretty much nonexistent. There was a shocking lack of structure, processes, and procedures. There was no guidance on day to day activities to the point where everyone was on their own with no one driving the ship. I should have known something was wrong when there was literally no one from my team or even HR in the office on my first day. When I requested a weekly meeting with my manager to discuss progress and priorities, I was denied, and we didn't speak again until the day I left the company.
