Pretty stable and old school type company culture.

Cons

Top management appears to pay much more attention to project managers instead of employees. They should understand employees are the biggest asset.

Have Sundays off. Guys you work with are pretty cool.

Cons

Only one vacation paid a year. Had terrible management when hired on. Hand tools issued are old and unsafe. Company will not look out for you.
