Cons

Earlier good projects used to come, now mostly dried up, managers are inept and inefficient. Better to work in a smaller company with better management. Net employee experience is not good.

The work is interesting and the math and science is engaging for anybody with a passion for it.

Cons

The management is really bad. I was recruited to come here and ended up with a bad manager. She was unapproachable, unhelpful, and a poor communicator. I would ask for feedback or help with a task and recieve no guidance. If I made any mistakes I was insulted instead of coached. I had to teach myself most things I did. I had to chase my work group for work. My manager was adamant against working from home in spite of the company advertising its work from home culture.
