- Flexible work schedule - Nice people - Small offices make it easy to talk to your bosses and project managers

Cons

- They are very cheap when it comes to investing in the education of their young engineers. Instead of seeking out classes to help train younger engineers, they will hope you learn "on the job," which at times is very unorganized and confusing. - If you are looking to gain a lot of knowledge and experience, expect to do it on your own time. - No raises, or bonuses

Good people, good location, good company. Easy to get in contact with managers and ask questions. Managers are experienced and friendly. Half day fridays

Cons

Salary isn't always competitive with comparative positions in industry. However, they make up for it with flex hours and half day fridays.
