Many avenues to work with, although locations are outside of the area. People there are positive and have strong values.

Cons

Disconnect from cooperate office, at times finding billable projects was challenging. No incentives and bonuses.

Middle management is great and lots of people willing to teach and train.

Cons

Low salary, no bonus, major focus on utilization and poor management. Too many mergers and acquisition have led to insolvency.

Exp nurtures entrepreneurship of the staff, giving them a chance to grow and to compete in this very challenging world. There are many great leaders in the company who have been providing good mentorship to all levels of technical and non-technical staff.

Cons

Communications can be improved to keep staff informed not just the managers. The company should have more transparency on policy and direction.
