Many resources available to employees across the firm. Strong brand, especially if you're in accounting + tax.

Cons

Way too much infighting. Not enough actual thought or creativity being given to client service. Very little time given for actual training that makes a difference. Bogged down in admin tasks, even with the onset of AI.
