Pros
I was able to work with a wide variety of reknown clients and great projects where I was able to learn quite a bit. Most of the worthwhile learning was due to me being proactive. Hit or miss with good managers, which often made the difference between a good and bad experience.
Cons
Almost governmental atmosphere where hard work is not rewarded. Additionally, there is huge fee pressure from clients and perks continue to be cut. This detracts from the work environment.
