Pros
As a technology person,one can learn about business at EY.A good bunch of perks and a travelling nature of job.Right from interns,everyone is client facing.It gives a lot of exposure to industry.
Cons
No work life balance.I used to work even on weekends since I was part of security team.They undertake assignments in a such a way that clients can afford to have downtime at the time of security audit which usually happens to be mid night or weekends.There was no concept of weekday off when I work in weekends.So I ended up working all through the week.Compensation was poor compared to my peers in other companies.
