Pros

- Excellent place to work out of college. - Learned many soft skills. - Filled with smart, young, driven employees. - A great place to begin your career and a stepping stone for further employment.

Cons

- No growth after three years unless you are one of the chosen few. - No work life balance - Employees are perceived as a disposable asset. - Little appreciation for a job well done. - Emphasis placed by management on covering your own hide as opposed to working together to solve problems. - Management is more interested in making money than the well being of its employees and clients. - Broken employee evaluation system based on management perception as opposed to actual work product.
