1) Learning 2) Training 3) System in place 4) Generally receive a review every year 5) Generally receive bonus and an increment every year 6) HR is quite strong on ensuring things are done right way
Cons
1) Too much learning 2) Benefits are little 3) Unable to take overtime leave due to excess work 4) Stretching the staff 5) Told certain staff to leave during bad times 6) Review method fits a 'bell curve', its not based on what you can do but how you measure up against the SEA region 7) Group-ish 8) Inter-company transfers take a long time to come through and are a lot of trouble
