Not so professional 'Professional Services Firm'
Pros
1. Opportunities to work in multiple domains 2. Relative to other big fours, individual's roles is more independent
Cons
1. Some of the managers show complete lack of ownership in client engagements. They seem to be more interested in Administrative work, instead of sharing their knowledge and take a lead. 2. Compensation is miles behind the competition. Annual pay hikes are in single digit (percent wise). 3. Appraisals process is very chaotic. Year end performance is decided by a few, who are rarely involved in active client engagement. Engagement feedback by the client gets less consideration to being in the good books of the upper management. 4. No long term plan for career development. Even counselors do not show any enthusiasm in developing their counselee's career.
