Pros

You get to work with the biggest companies in the UK and get an insight to their business Training for professional qualification is top class Exposed to a lot of people and make good connections Very good for your CV - Respected company

Cons

Rating system is not good - it is very circumstantial hence often people will get good ratings not because of their skills and intellect but because they were at the right place the right time People are charged on the amount of hours they work and charge the client - this is just bad mentality Very hard to get a secondment or an internal transfer - system too bureaucratic and limiting HR exams policy is very strict and not supporting for candidates
