Pros

Lots of trainings - IFRS, ACCA, audit methodology; opportunity to gain on-the-job experience and learn by practice; knowledge-sharing culture - you learn from your superiors and you coach the more junior staff; great colleagues; new joiners every year, which brings fresh views and ideas; networking outside the company; plenty of free time in the summer; image and brand name on your CV

Cons

It's difficult to stand out from the crowd; lots of overtime during the audit season & difficulty to plan a vacation; the dynamics and diversity of the job could be tiring - every week or two you need to adjust to a different industry, to gain quickly knowledge of the client and to adapt to different personalities to work with (both client personnel and colleagues); the clients are not always cooperative, whcih could lead to difficulties to complete the job well and on time
