      Pros

      Always had a goal to work for this company. Worked with a great team. Enjoyed and was impressed with the firms investment on technology. Worked well virtually with other team members who were located in other offices. Had great working relationships with PPeD's of the firm.

      Cons

      i think I was a bit underpaid for the amount of work that I handled. Training was an issue, as when I wanted to take on some of the courses that were offered I was turned down multiple times.

      - Reasonable remuneration package - Good engagement/deal exposure (size and range) - Management and associate directors who are willing to teach - Training programs and formal system in place

      Cons

      - Internal politics - Credit not attributable when due - Tendency of managers to pin blame or attribute fault - Managers who are overtly impolite or rude, when dealing with stress - Attrition high due to dissatisfied employees - Insensitivity of higher management

      Pros

      work/life balance is stellar. overall benefits package is very competitive. salary is decent but negotiate before accepting an offer. perks are above average

      Cons

      can become stagnant is role. promotions are given based on who you know more so than what you know. very large firm and its easy to go way under the radar. too many layers between management and staff
