Strong systems Professional culture Good on ground, 'high-contact' work experience Some very smart colleagues who can guide you You essentially have a great opportunity to look at and understand all almost kinds of business processes of companies,if you spend at least a year here. It's also a fantastic place to start your professional network, internal and external.

Basically -Work-life balance-it suffers, as you rise in the firm. (this is if your in a client facing role) Planing/scheduling of projects/work-lots of scope for improvement so that allocation is better Seniors could help juniors who are struggling to get the hang of things.
