They expect commitment and workload comparable to a small investment bank or big law firm, without the monetary compensation to make it rewarding.

Some of the positions are challenging. Nice and smart people. Great if you have good superiors. Big name for the future.

Cons

Some positions are just fillers jobs. Bureaucratic. Not enough drive to accomplish things. Slow management sometimes. Unstable due to crisis.
