Change in shift is extremely difficult once you are in a particular shift even if you are getting married.

The best part about working for Ernst & Young is the people. The firm really revolves around relationships and development.

Cons

Because of the size of Ernst & Young, it can be easy to get lost in the masses and feel like a number. Benefits are also mediocre.
