Pros

Opportunities to get knowledge about accounting comparatively quickly as an auditor. Opportunities to be engaged in several types of engagement other than audit.

Cons

Management is bad. Young staff have to work for payment for pension of past and current partners. The pension is very high, but can be given to those who can become partners. The number of partners is too much, so, in the future, only few staff can become a partner. Hierarchy is not balanced. Young persons should not be involved in EY tokyo.

Pros

global company with an outreach that is greater than many domestic financial services companies. Good oppurtunity to travel to different continents.

Cons

sometimes the development is hard to keep interested in the jobs, and sometimes the level of access to outside sources lacks. Having said that overall good place
