Pros

-Great environment to learn to pick up / enhance skillsets -Open door policy with executive leadership, partners, and senior managers -Sub units in advisory are growing and makes for an exciting place to work in (eg building POV decks, white papers...)

Cons

-Lack of work/life balance. Consistent long hours during work week and weekends with little direction from senior mgmt -New practices are still building/developing methodologies. Project plans are not well thought out and timelines are extremely aggressive without a good understanding of scope and targets -'Can't Say No' attitude introduces a lot of scope crepe without changes to deadline dates or resources

Pros

When working on interesting projects, you can learn a lot, gain responsibility and develop multiple skill sets. International company with opportunities to work abroad, although this is somewhat limited at a junior level and is very much based on your personal grading within the peer group.

Cons

Interesting projects are few and far between.
