Pros

Great place to start off (Big 4 accounting). A place where you will grow professionally and network with very intelligent and diverse individuals at all levels of the firm. The firm also believes in flexibility (compressed workweeks, part-time, telecommuting), which is a plus.

Cons

Big decisions should be though out more thoroughly by executive management. Pay could be better. Also bonuses should be given, at least annually. The firm does not support tuition reimbursement for high achievers.

Cons

There is a lack of overall corporate direction that is followed. Partners have their own agendas. There is an overall lack of team spirit.
