1. Perhaps its my bad luck, but I was unfortunate to have a very parital team leader who preferred people of her community to others.
2. No constructive feed back was given as to where one did well and where one needs improvement.
3. Constantly creating an imagined stressful situation by the team leader (and the mangers seconding it) made it very counter productive for there were no inputs on how to deal with the scenario.
4. In fact, one of my colleague left in tears. The management hushed up the case instead of taking a proactive step. Consequently, neither did the team leader get the oppotunity to be positive nor were the team members. The situation was treated as it it never occured.
5. The CEO (Mrs. L. John) had the atrocity to take the US managers during the peak tax season to a crematorium with a body ready for cremation in Bangalore. This openly conveyed the insensitivity of a top management.
