Pros

Good compensation and benefits (although a bit less in the last year or two). Possibility to learn a lot and grow. International environment.

Cons

Not a lot of time for personal life. After 3-4 years it is time to move on.

Pros

Getting a multinational experience with access to comprehensive database is a big advantage of working at Big 4 such as Ernst & Young.

Cons

Regardless of the location, the Big 4 usually pay less than the market. In addition, it is hard to get life/work balance when you work at Big 4.
