It's a godd network where you can find expertise and knowledge on anything anywhere almost anytime and that's precious
Cons
Transparency to share management expectations and views on your progress and career development. There's a good counselling policy but the different rating scales of people in the top makes that at the time of evaluating people the standards are not the same. On salaries, the dedication of senior people is not properly compensated while junior managers are sometimes promoted and very well compensated when they are not really prepared for such positions nor deserve such salary increases.
