Pros

The hybrid schedule offers great work-life balance, and the unlimited PTO provides flexibility when life happens. I also really appreciate the focus on well-being—things like mental health resources and wellness benefits show that the company cares about its people.

Cons

Some challenges include working with disorganized clients, which can slow progress and create unnecessary back-and-forth. Also, needing approval to work beyond 44 hours can limit flexibility during busy periods. Lastly, the level of detail required for time tracking—documenting every hour on timesheets—can be tedious and time-consuming.
