-decent pay (got paid 5k less than male counterpart)

Cons

-everyone worked endless hours and worked on the weekends and were proud of it (big expectation to stay at the office late) -everyone was really boring to be honest (like really dry people) -the work was insanely tedious and not enjoyable for me whatsoever
