Company has a very transparent layer where they openly showcase every wins and losses revenue wise client wise and even ripple information to the utmost bottom of the pyramid. Too many team building activities and get togethers for making one know who the other one in the team alongside is.

Cons

Low salary hikes. Too much work pressure Management not understanding pain point of employees and only favouring clients. Less growth opportunity and toxic work environment.
