Pros

Diverse workforce in the client-facing teams Collaborative and friendly colleagues Flexible WFH options (senior coworkers are loving it) Training for the newcomers and mentor culture

Cons

Surprisingly, lack of diversity at the back office. EY is known for its diversity and gender equality among the Big 4. However, recently I've noticed that teams such as BMC seriously lack diversity. I always come across many females working at the junior level (still lack ethnic diversity though), yet the management level doesn't appear to reflect the team's gender ratio. Also, considering how many Asian colleagues we have across all client-facing teams, the back office definitely appears to be another world. The back office is the brain of each company. They reflect the company's core values and how the company really thinks. Perhaps that's why the current messaging (branding and campaign) from the company doesn't quite speak to the BAME group.
