Pros

PTO days and able to have an entry on the resume

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth along with chances for promotions. A lot of office drama that can affect the mood of one's day. Unable to get raises/more income unless you work in sales for commission.

Thank you for providing this feedback. We feel strongly that we do provide a great long term opportunity for all our team members to learn and grow professionally, we are sorry to hear that not all team members share in that belief. If you would like to talk to someone in the HR department about your concerns you can reach out to George Minehart at any time. You can also reach out confidentially via our company intranet. Thanks again for your feedback and please reach out to the HR department to discuss your concerns.

Pros

fun culture with a good focus on work/life balance. benefits related to PGA tournament access and playing client courses.

Cons

not a very competitive salary and raises are not attributed to your contribution to company growth but rather a cost of living raise.

Pros

Co-workers were nice and helpful. Leads were down to earth. Easy job to learn and 95% of the calls taken were nice customers. The number of employees in this facility is small so in between calls, there was chit chat going on which helped the shift go faster. Tvs to watch in between calls. Occasionally bring in treats. Kept PB, Jelly and bread and sometimes other items in the cupboards for anyone who forgot their lunch or was just hungry. Management does want to see you succeed. They provided coaching on calls.

Cons

The manager could use some additional training when it comes to management and professionalism. She would make rude comments to me and about me to others. If she doesn't like you, she is not as nice to you as she is to the others. She is one of the loudest people in the room whether she's cackling or angry about something. The female Leads would openly gossip about other employees to the rest of us. The male Lead would always be gloomy. Wasn't much help with questions, a lot of times would be in one of the conference rooms watching TV. The manager did not like to keep the A/C at a reasonable cool temp. When she would leave for the day, around 2pm, she would turn off the A/C. About an hour or two latter, we'd be complaining we were hot. The leads were nice enough to get the A/C turned back on. This is AZ, I don 't know why she was turning it off. When they monitor our phone calls, and call us in for a meeting, some of things we get called out for are so minor and nit picky.
