My experience with EZLinks has been very positive. Everyone has been welcoming and happy to help me get accustomed to the company. There is a lot of opportunity to advance as the company is in growth mode.

Cons

Minor changes should be made to improve onboarding experience.

Pros

Overtime, great hours, clean environment, opportunity to move up in the company.

Cons

Not being able to be on your phones, wayyyy too strict. Can't enjoy snacks at your desk, supervisors are pretty moody, and it is a big company, so it is pretty competitive when trying to get promoted. Big turnover rate as well.
