Pros

Co-workers are all very helpful resources. Everyone in the office is very nice and there are very few "strong" or "difficult" personalities in the office. Managers are highly experienced and provide a good amount of autonomy in how you manage accounts as long as you are doing your job well. All are very easy going and not the type of bosses that you wish would leave when they are around. Environment in the office is very relaxed, open communication and there is usually a casual conversation going between co-workers of different departments. Relaxed dress code as well. The work itself is interesting and challenging at times. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and get involved more in the company.

Cons

The building/office space is older and outdated. I heard a rumor they may be moving into a newer building but not for sure. Managers and resources are spread thin at times due to multiple office locations. The job/task always gets completed and people are always helpful but if you work remote the job will be somewhat stressful to start off. If bonus structure is a big deal to you then ask lots of questions about it when they offer you the position to fully understand it. The bonus structure is far from perfect but if you do a good job it pays out very well.

Pros

Work from Home (WFH), Willing to work with schedule, Choice of overtime

Cons

I felt management was very lost sometimes, they had leading positions but not the knowledge. When a technical issue happened, the whole ship sank and even the Tech guy repeated the same useless instructions on how to "fix" the issue, which rarely did. One lead can be very scrutinizing and meticulous on issues and the next recommend the opposite solution. They masqueraded your "promotions" as an opportunity to give you double the work without the pay raise to show for it. In the end, it was high call volume, rude, entitled golfers, and headaches.
