Equipment/ownership/sales is awful

Pros

It keeps you in good shape.

Cons

Ownership/equipment/sales is terrible. Salesman just send in whatever they feel like without checking in with store managers then the truck drivers have to deal with the backlash. Owner doesn’t care because they line his pockets. Supposedly we have quarterly raises but I’ve been there a year and haven’t even heard talks of one.
