Pros
AMAZING atmosphere! Nerf gun wars, fully stocked kitchen/break room, just an overall great vibe. Room for growth throughout most of the company. Stock options, affordable benefits, tuition reimbursement for job-related courses. Awesome co-works. Simply the best. The people are friendly, inviting, and fun. Decent pay overtime opportunities.
Cons
The interdepartmental communication is just terrible. Unfortunate choices made in selection of certain supervisory staff. Being a relatively new and fast growing company, there was a sense of instability in the company's structure as a whole.
